Bright, bright day coincides with the release of a limited edition portfolio of Tarkovsky's polaroids by White Space Gallery and the Tarkovsky Foundation. The London exhibition, organized by White Space Gallery in 2007, paired forty five of Tarkovsky's polaroids with projected scenes from his movies, emphasizing the total aesthetic vision that pervaded all aspects of his creative life. A panel discussion on 21 November 2007 brought together leading Tarkovsky experts Ian Christie, Charles de Brantes and Andrey Tarkovsky (Jr.) with other personalities from the worlds of contemporary art, theatre and film.
